If you are within driving distance of our Kennesaw showroom, delivery is on us.

For deliveries outside of metro Atlanta, we offer competitive shipping rates throughout Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, and North Carolina. Many of our customers are in lake communities and mountain properties across North Georgia, and we deliver to those areas regularly.

Street Legal

Street-Legal LSV Certification

Every golf cart we sell at Kliggy's Karts qualifies as a Low Speed Vehicle (LSV) under both federal NHTSA standards and Georgia state law. This is not an aftermarket upgrade or an optional add-on. The full LSV equipment package is factory-installed on every Royal EV and Solana EV model we carry.

Under Georgia law (O.C.G.A. 40-6-362), a registered LSV can be operated on any public road with a posted speed limit of 35 mph or lower. This covers the vast majority of neighborhood streets, community roads, shopping center access roads, and many downtown areas throughout metro Atlanta. You can also cross intersections on higher-speed roads.

To register your cart as an LSV in Georgia, bring the Manufacturer's Statement of Origin (MSO) that we provide to your county tag office. You will receive a standard Georgia license plate and title. You will need a valid driver's license and minimum liability insurance, which typically costs between $100 and $300 per year for an LSV.
